When does Evaporation become the best choice?

 

Evaporation has advantages to other wastewater treatment systems available, and can be the best fit overall in many situations.

  • availability of water is comparatively limited and, as a consequence, its cost is HIGH.

  • attention to environmental protection in general is HIGH and, as a consequence, pertinent laws and regulations to prevent water pollution are strict and REGULARLY IMPOSED

  • the cost for the disposal of polluted wastewaters is HIGH and represents an important COST for the Company

  • REDUCE, in general, the consumption of water as required for your activity, by treating the effluent and putting water suitable for industrial activity back into the system

  • REDUCE, as a consequence, up to 90% of the DISPOSAL costs by simply "CONCENTRATING" those substances which, in any case, will have to be sent for disposal.
    The concentration – or REDUCTION OF VOLUME – can in certain cases result up to 20 TIMES LESS than the original volume (for example: 1000 litres : 20 times = 50 litres
    of concentrate)
